Incline-decline segments are made of special material. The unique properties dampen noise, the parts are very strong and at the same time flexible, so they do not crack and do not need to be further strengthened and can be glued with hot melt adhesive without degradation. They can be glued to each other to the required height without restriction. It is cut with a sharp knife and glued with hot melt glue or Hacker CA glue. The rails are glued directly to these segments with hot melt glue. The incline-decline segments are made with three pitch angles of 2.2, 3 and 4.4%. You can use the desired pitch as needed. The embankments then follow the individual heights of the ramps. You can easily adjust the transition between the ramp and the embankment with a sharp knife.
The FLEXI version is designed for arches. If necessary, bend the FLEXI driveway and embankment into the required curve and glue it again with hot melt glue.
The whole track is built very quickly and without dust and sawdust!
